You have to be careful while climbing. From there, you have to walk toward the library. There you have to open the doors facing south, located on the floor of the room. Take care of them, which will take not much time and effort if they try to pursue you. After you enter the Lounge, locate the Unicorn statue. Location of Maiden Medallion

This is the trickiest out of all these three. The Maiden Statue is situated in a storage room in the west. You have to take some more steps before you obtain it. The first step is to obtain a cutting tool. For this, you have to meet Claire. To meet with her, you have to head towards the Fire Escape of the east side. This will lead to a cutscene, after which you will find the Cutting tool on the top of a garbage can with the help of the tool cut the door. There you have to find a Round Handle in the Office. After capturing its head towards to Operations Control Room, which can be found on Level 1F of the west side. Again you will need the cutting tool for being able to enter. Here you have to take the Electronic Gadget. After that, start your journey to the Shower room, which is at the Level2F.

Now here, you have to use a Round handle tool to turn it off the pipe of boiling stream. From here, you have to walk quietly towards the Hallway so that you don't attract the Licker towards you. Enter the Office of S.T.A.R.S. and pick the battery from the desk. Now connect that battery to your Electronic gadget. This will convert the gadget into a detonator.
