Fisher Accuses WB Of Lying in Investigation

Ray Fisher, who played Cyborg’s character in the Justice League series, asked Warner Bros. Media for a new investigator for his accusation of WB’s blatant lies. Fisher, who was announced for Victor Stone, aka Cyborg in the next Justice League movie, accused the studio of abusing the reshoot’s on-set. He elaborated on the misbehavior of the replacement director Joss Whedon being verbally abusive on set during the reshoots.

Fisher also accused the former Chief Creative Officer of DC, Geoff Johns, and the head of DC Films head John Berg for their abusive behavior. After that, Warner Bros. established an independent investigation, but Fisher claimed that the investigation is far more independent than it should be. The actor has shared many tweets as evidence, revealing that Warner Bros. does not have any transparency regarding the inquiry, after which the studio has accused him of not cooperating with the investigation.

However, Fisher is being supported by many co-star and actors; Jason Momoa is one of them. Momoa has starred as Aquaman, along with Fisher’s Cyborg in the film Justice League. The actor lent his support and confirmed the allegations are legitimate. He also has posted a picture of him with Fisher with hashtag #IStandWithRayFisher in social media.

In the recent tweets, Fisher asked Warner Bros. to change the third-party investigator. He accused that the studio has hired the investigator, and there is a lack of transparency. He also has cautioned anyone who is being questioned not to speak with the current investigators. His tweets read: Due to the purposeful lack of transparency on the part @wbpictures and the 3rd-party firm hired by them to investigate Justice League- an official request for a change of investigator has been made @WarnerMedia.

He added: To protect the witness involved, and the information they process, I strongly encourage all that have been contacted by the current investigator to respectfully decline to interview until a truly independent 3rd-party is engaged by @WarnerMedia.

Fisher’s tweets are signs that he has no faith in Warner Media to provide him a fair outcome in the investigation. The actor has shared his worries regarding the investigation continuously publically. However, it is still unclear which party is telling the truth and who is the culprit here. One thing for sure, both the studio and actor should solve their issue, which is less likely with each passing day. Once the issue would be resolved, the fans will focus on the upcoming release of Snyder Cut on HBO in 2021 rather than focusing on the behind-the-scenes drama.
